The One Time Cleaning Service Fee (noted above) is $85. This fee
covers linens, towels and cleaning the unit after you depart. The local ST/Recreation Surcharge is 13.2%. Our condo is
"non-smoking" and the condo HOA does not allow visitors to bring pets on to the grounds. Please check our calendar before
